Whats with the stars ??? You got a job in Mcdonalds Elton?

Look at the top right of the first post on the page and there you will see 'Rating'.

 

Click on that and you will be able to select the number of stars that you believe the thread warrants.

 

The number of stars displayed is an average of those who have 'rated' the post.
