Problem with DVD+RW Discs

I am trying to delete files from Rewritable DVDs and NOT having a lot of luck!! What I want to do is copy tapes to DVD from a VCR and then copy the films to another DVD on the PC. Now I am using Rewritable discs to copy the media. BUT when I use NERO to delete the media I get a zero bytes left and if I use windows to format the disc it just closes down.

So basically what's the way to do it please peeps??

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

What version of nero are you using Chris? They seem to have done a fix for this problem (they say) in Version Number: 6.3.1.17

 

Release Date: 07-02-2004

can your burners read DVD+ dvd's a lot of older drives prefer - formats

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you
