Trout fishing this weekend?

Wrong forum I know (sorry!) but this is likely to get more views.

Steve W, JV, anyone else - fancy an evening session at Farmoor one day this weekend?

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music

I might be free Steve, let me know. I was supposed to be out after crucians but at the moment the weather looks too unreliable.

(Had a few last weekend despite a distinct lack of insect activity, little nymphs fished deep on a floating line, usual stuff. Was good fun :) No big buzzer hatches yet.)

Depends which one you fish - F1 is catch and release, £15 half day, £25 full day. F2 is catch and kill, £30 (8 fish), £25 (6 fish), £20 (4 fish), £15 (2 fish evening only). We've done the half day ticket for the evening a few times, a full day is good but it can get a bit quiet for a few hours around mid day.

Open until 10pm from this weekend, and typically it is at its best just before the bailiff comes round and tells you to go home!
