River Clyde Pike?

i like in bridgeton and have heard there is a good part of the river clyde to fish could any give me an idea of where abouts and what bait to use thanks

I'm using open-ended feeders (holes taped up with black insulating tape), filled with liquidised bread and a bit of hemp and strawberrey additive or scopex on a quiver tip with 6lb mainline and a 3lb hooklength with a size 20 hook and single maggot for bait.

 

If you aren't that busy, get a hold of me and we'll definitely sort something. I'm happy to show the ropes and set the wee man up for the perch/trout/eels.

 

No doubt he'll be the one that gets the 8lb Bream.....lol

Polish community up there at all?

absolutely rife and no harm, no permits , anything they catch they eat,lot of people getting peed off to say least!!! but not all of polish fishers like this ,met some nice guys genuine fishermen. hugh
