Hamble: Meet Shore Rd car park.

 

Directions: Leave M27 at jnc 8. At exit rndbt follow signs Hamble, At next rndbt take 1st exit A27. ON this road for a good mile, go under railway bridge, see Moodys boat yard on rht. Go through tfc lights, take next right (Swanick Shore rd) see car park (300m) on rht. Look out for yellow Scupperpro hogging most of the spaces

 

Its a spring so not sure how far out water will be!

No Simon, it's not from my little book, although it is in my little book if you see what I mean, it's well known for bream and garfish during the summer and is particularly good for plaice at the mo and seeing as I can't beat you to a skate then I'm going to try and beat you to a Plaice there have been some nice ones caught as well, up to 3lb, knowing my luck I should have been there last week

 

Darnsarf, see you there, my little book as some nice marks up near the mouth of the Hamble, but I still want to take a look the otherside of the road bridge

 

See you 7.30, if all else fails we can have a beer in the Jolly Sailor.

The mouth only 5 min paddle from there.
