There's probably hundreds of places, just phone around your local tackle dealers. I got mine from my local shop in Baldock, Herts as they are a trakker main dealers, but there are plenty of others. Where abouts are you ?

Too right, in the unlikely event of any problems you're gonna be out of pocket posting the thing back not to mention bivvy less. Most decent tackle shops will replace faulty products there and then and that's a very worthwhile service.
