Kenny I know thats the actual match dates but not sure of arrangements for travelling down early for some practice prior to the match.

The more the merrier saint. Have you fished the Mull before. What fish do you want to target and we will put you onto the best mark.

hey snatch I know where there are some good rocks and snags as failed miserably to catch on Sunday with my son

at least he haulled in a bit of weed all i managed was my weight minus any hooks on the veary odd occasion

Gonna try and hook up with sir ian before he goes stateside

Will try and fish that pike loch before lads week,I could cope with a30lb pike very nicely - do keep the scouting up mate

Yes there ae quite dependable marks,Tack4 is doing some exploration work at untried marks. He may come up trumps for us with a new shot. Will put you onto decent marks nee bother.

Hi Snatcher I used to fish around the SW a fair bit in the past but knocked it on the head for a few years fishing mostly up north. Last year I started to fish areas such as Terally and Portpartrick again, with some decent catches along the way. If you could put me on to a garfish you'd be my hero as I need the practice catching exotic fish for my hols to Bournemouth. I have heard of a few gars getting caught off the Mull anyone else heard this? Also Terally seems to throw up some rare fish though sadly I haven't caught one of these yet!!

ian burrets web sight on yer marks shows that they often have species hunts with multiple different ones in a session

 

Garfish????? haven't heard of any catches of late but will keep my ear to the groundor the sea

 

these wee scouting sessions have to include my kids sometimes, some of the marks have to be very child friendly but not always fish friendly

need a head for hights for my fave mark and nimble feet

 

but its worth it with mega pollack sessions +/- wrasse, mackeral etc
