Due to their concern about the current trend towards smaller penises

the government has decided on a new identification system.....

 

From 1st June 2006 the following rule will apply:-

 

People with three inches or less must show a white flag with a red + on the roof of their car

likewise persons with two inch members must display two similar flags

three flags must be flown by those with only a one inch penis

and four flags to be displayed by those who need help finding it..

I've got a massive one that's too big for my car.

 

I tend to hang it between mine and my neighbour's house, where it gets maximum exposure.

 

I cross my fingers that it doesn't get blown too hard and come off, though, as it would make a right mess of the cul-de-sac.
