Wingham Fish-In Sat May 19th to Mon May 21st

Sorry, but as already explained I won't be putting anyone's name down until much nearer the time, probably at the beginning of May. So it's no use anyone asking if they can come yet.

At this time of year I've enough to do with getting the site shipshape for the new fishing season. It's not just the lakes but the entire 160 acres I'm responsible for, and winter/early spring is the time of year most of the work gets done. We have to fit in with Mother Nature, especially the breeding season of the birds/animals. At times it feels like we're painting the Forth Bridge!

Steve - I can't imagine why you need so much time to get the place ready. It is such a small and compact venue. :D :D

I know I have some photos of the clubhouse and cooking area but could not locate any just now.

Steve, as I mentioned last year I'll come down earlier in the week this year and give you a hand with anything that needs doing.

If there's a space for me to fish that will be a bonus but I'll be happy just helping out.

Sorry Steve didn't mean to sound pushy, just trying to get my name in the hat!
