I clicked on the Dangerous Book for Boys ad above and found the AN Bookstore. I seem to remember Elton saying in the past that we can buy any book (though Amazon) via AN Bookstore, and AN gets a rake-off. Silly of me, I'm always buying from Amazon, and I could have been helping AN. I'll delete Amazon from my favourites and put AN Bookstore. Just mentioned it in case anyone else interested.
