Any 1 know if its been reprinted or do i have to buy a second hand copy off of ebay? And is it as good a read as people say?

I've got a copy, and it's quite a good read, but not (IMO) up to the standard of writing that you'd expect from say, Chris Yates.

 

Not bad for a "modern" (post 1960s) angling writer, though.

There have been reprints but this book is now out of print.

 

I'm afraid I've only a 1st edition with a dustwrapper in stock at present. The book is in fine condition with a very good+ dustwrapper. The price is £22.00 + £2.65 post & packing.

John Bailey's writing may not be up to the standard of Chris Yates, but then what is? On the other hand you'll learn a lot from this book as well as be entertained.

IMO, it's not just a good read, but an excellent one.
