Any Idea when they go on sale? been on the Environment Agency website but no joy.

Can't you buy the yearly 1st April 2007 license online from the web site at https://www.ea-transactions.gov.uk/angling/...haseLicence.asp?

 

I don't think you will be able to buy the same license from the Post Office yet, last time I tried a few years ago they weren't allowed to sell them until a fixed period before the 1st (14 days maybe).
