Thanks Nick and Steve for explaining the fish to me. I actually seen a Sterlet before, we have one in our lake. We caught it in the river Rhein and put it in our lake. I've just never seen it from that angle.

I went to a trout farm at kilnsey in the yorkshire dales the aquarium there was not very good but the trout we saw were enormous ,some of them were orange which looked really odd.
