Ah yes - I forgot the name is on the "banned" list, following some libellous remarks about the owner a year or so back! It's Lake-More, near Crewe (but without the hyphen).

thanks.i live near to there but a friend told me it was expensive and its only got a few pegs.

True, but there are some big cats in there. An alternative might be the specimen pool at Home Farm, Alsager (07713 886654), but that only has a few cats and they don't run that big (average size might be 12-15lb). A day ticket is £8 for 2 rods, though, so a fair bit cheaper than Lake-More.

i go home farm quite alot, the cats run into the 30s, but there isnt that many. the specimen lakes a nice lake to fish though.
