i go home farm quite alot, the cats run into the 30s, but there isnt that many. the specimen lakes a nice lake to fish though.

glad that its in finland, but that kind of stuffs becoming more, and more common in the uk as well with the increasing number of eastern europians.

hi, all im just starting to think about a session on water i fished in the summer. The water has a huge head of carp between 17-28 pound range its only a small water. anyway im planning a 48 hour session in the easter holidays, and i was just wondering due to a lack of carp fishing experience round this time of the year; should i bait up alot or keep to using single baits with only a few free-bes. basicully do carp feed hevially during april ?.

i use 15 pound sensor for my piking and there are pike present to 35 pounds where i fish. never had any snapages, and taken them to 28. then i use 2 3/4 pound prodogys as i never have to present a bait furthur than 45 yards. suprized somone voted 10-12 pound line but supose its more of a thrill with lighter line.

ive always bought my bait ie sardines makeral n herring from waitrose they sell them in bags of about 12 4 only 3.50 when if u go the tackle shop there 1.98 for 3 absolutly rediculas price! the sardines form waitrose are far bigger and better conditioned to

rather entertaining thread! i thin teflon coated hooks do make a difference especially on pressured waters havent noticed many results personally thow

im guessin that the orange shop wud take the phone back or at least give helpfull advise

water where i fish we found a dead pike ive caught um up to late 20s but this one was much bigger it measured 46 inches from nose to tail n weighed 29 pound and it must of been dead a while because it was incredibly smelly, and was completly empty, and thin reckon that could have gone well over 35 maybe bigger and the water in question is not a trout water and contains a massivehead of 20 pound plus pike. with pike in the past being taken to 36 pound i believe a water like this cound pottentially throw up a beast

no offence mate but u must be rather huge im 6 foot 10 and ive got a 1 man and i fit in perfectly cant believe u cant fit into a 2 man maybe i exagurated a bit on the height bit

one of my mates had a 25 pound somat carp and he didnt have a camera usually i take his pics cus i have a semi decent camera but i went home so this other bloke used his cam to take a few pictures he said as soon as he printed the pictures out he would get them to my mate but sadly he neva did! but i do no somone that it happened to that did get there pictures after a rather long wait of 2 months !
