Dishwasher problem

Our Bosch dishwasher is no longer working. The problem is that it remains cold and so I imagine that the thermostat or heater is faulty.

 

Before we call out a repair man does anyone have any suggestions?

 

Anyone got any idea what a reasonable cost would be?

OH a electrical dishwasher ,sorry but i expect someone like a bus will be along shortly

check the water outtake at the back you may have a blockage and if all else fails wash ure dishes by hand lol

If you look inside you will see where the thermostat is housed it should be under the heater (a little tit sticking up) you get at it from under the back of the machine

 

take the terminals off and unscrew the stat out and replace with a new one job done, maybe 20 mins to do

 

but shop around for prices

 

changed mine and was quoted from £56.00 down to £8.50 you can tell which one was fitted

 

this might give you some idea on price thermostats

 

the bottom one looks like a dishwasher one
