Does anyone know how I can find out what it is, exactly, that is causing this in some browsers? I can't even get it to happen on my machine :(

Not without someone actually posting the source code up here

 

In Firefox its "View" > "Page Source" or "CTRL + U".

 

In IE7 its "Page" > "View Source"

 

Then copy the code and paste it here using either the:
