email readers

i am still trying to find a way of veiwing backed up netscape emails ,theres no way of dragging them into thunderbird to view them (it only lets you import certain types strangely ,my mail is in .msf files) ,please please please can anyone recomend a third party reader that will reconstruct the emails from the stored files so i can view them ,my outlook ones open no problem :(

i have pointed thunderbird to the folders but they remain empty as it stupidly refuses to re construct them in the way they should be to view them by combining the .msf files with its twin files needed to make them readable :(

the forum advises and lets you do everything else bar simply view blooming emails netscape saved ,even netscape mail refuses to open the damn things (it backs them up easy enough) GRRRR

Reading msf files should not be a problem, unless,

Try This

and scan for msf file errors

tried that without result ,its not an error as such but the inability to import the seperated files (or even see them) and reconstruct them from within netscape or thunderbird ,you can view them but with all the other bits and bobs (the formatting instructions i believe) which makes it almost impossible to read .

the link i grasped at lets you read individual emails easily but in the "free" version saving includes the formatting as well coughing up moolah no doupt saves it as it should be :(

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??
