Alan, Hiya, just done a full system scan, and no Viruses detected, all there was ,was an adware thingy, but got it deleted no bother, so dont know what has happened mate.

No bother Norrie, some one has been trying to hack into my system for weeks now so a wee infected picture has no chance, my system cleaned it up and that was that.

 

My main man with computers (Dutch MOD ) is coming round to track the hacker and destroy his system demon demon

If you still have the infected picture, would you please zip it (the wrapper will stop my AV program from stripping it) and send me a copy to examine.

 

I've been aware that some hacker folk were working on ways to infect a photo since it is possible in theory but this is the first time I've heard of it actually being done. I'd love to peel it apart and see how they did it.

I think my machine cleaned it up before it let me see it, will send it anyway thats if I did'nt dump it.
