New look EA river and sea levels info

A couple of weeks ago, I used the contact form and pointed out that the new version of the site doesn't display details of the normal range of the river at any given measuring station. Without this, the information shown is useless unless you happen to know the site intimately and are already aware of how high above the site datum the river usually runs.

Fair play to them because this information is now present.
