I'm sure there are personal preferences... but I'm curious what would be considered the strongest/thinnest line available in the UK right now ? Please list breaking strain and thickness... Thanks

It's a global market. We have pretty much the same lines as the US.

Species caught in 2020: Barbel. European Eel. Bleak. Perch. Pike.

Species caught in 2019: Pike. Bream. Tench. Chub. Common Carp. European Eel. Barbel. Bleak. Dace.

Species caught in 2018: Perch. Bream. Rainbow Trout. Brown Trout. Chub. Roach. Carp. European Eel.

Species caught in 2017: Siamese carp. Striped catfish. Rohu. Mekong catfish. Amazon red tail catfish. Arapaima. Black Minnow Shark. Perch. Chub. Brown Trout. Pike. Bream. Roach. Rudd. Bleak. Common Carp.

X-Line. Has a very good ratio. My 15lb is 0.31mm and I think 10lb was about 0.26. Its a fluorocarbon line. Not had any trouble with it but it does cost a lot. I'm typing with one arm and one leg..
