A friend has windows 8.1, blah blah blah.

 

On thre home screen wioth the link to e mail, BT yahoo the icon says 3 unread messages, BUT, it never changes, no new mail is ever added, and all e mail deleted BUT the icon still read as three unread messages. e5002938.gife5002041.gif

Any idea please ?

Perhaps a second email address is being used via BT ? On the sever one password opens my main plus secondary mail but on my pc i have set each up to be opened separately

Andy my mate is a comlete techniphobe, she would not have a clue as to any other accounts, as far as she in concerned she has only one e mail, and thats BT thru yahoo, be it google, hotmail etc.
