I have the GPS shell for the Nokia 5140, and Jersey is on the map!! Seems to work well outside, but be aware that it is a relatively small screen, but good enough for occasional use.

 

Bought it locally for £75 on top of the phone.

I have just sent a Garmin gps12 back for repair (screen gone) and they have replaced it with a brand new one free of charge!!!!!!
