first bass

my brother was down to visit me for a weeks holiday and try to catch that first elusive bass, every day it was the same cry when are we going for them then, every day we tried and he just could not catch one, anyway to cut a long story short well its the end of his holiday so kicks him out of bed first thing in the morning and says coming we have 1hr before you have to set of home and of we go, so fishing away and watching the time fly past and still nothing ,15mins to go and bang wow he's got one at last after 3mins of playing the fish in it come he's over the moon and no way his first was going back so it whent into his pan that night and he says its the best fish he's tasted ( yeh right)

another happy angler,well down the pub that and my mate say's hey ave never caught one of them buggers, so next day of we go fishing and after showing him how the lures and everything works of he went first cast and bang ( i dont believe it :confused: ) he's first time bloody norra and here it is

not the biggest bass but needless to say it landed in the pan as well , oh got 3 and lost 2 myself that day biggest 8lb all mine went back

Nice one Bill, good to see you. Had nothing over HW where you and the other boys were, but certainly made up for it in the evening fishing LW, fishing very close to home by the goats.

Weather outlook here isn't good for the coming week so the boat looks like it will be staying on the trailer.

I'll be back up for a week the 16th. Sept by meself and will hopefully catch up with you, if you fancy a session can you PM me your mobile number.
