Continuous beeping?

LOL - that is an easy one to miss. I once spent a bit of time trying lots of fancy stuff to 'fix' a problem that was actually caused by a book corner that had a key pressed down. Moved the book and all was well.

Just my 2 pence,

 

if it's beeping, beeping, beeping !, many times a sec,

it's a faulty add-on....keyboard, mouse, etc

 

...if it's beeping about once a sec it's prob a memory stick needs wobblin'

 

The time to start worrying , imo, is when it stops bleeping !

Thanks Liam but one must really read all the thread before posting ;) this problem was a sticking key and is hopefully all sorted! But thanks anyway
