Scrabster Trip 12/13/14 Aug

Norrie and I have been discussing a trip to scrabster in the next week or so. I just found out my original plan has been scuppered by a family birthday and so it would have to be on the 12th of august.

 

We have a few options but initially the plan is for me to leave Scots Corner fri am with either a car or the van depending if anyone else could make it and help with the fuel costs. Also could take my boat or collect norrie and his boat on the way depending on who else may be intrested in the trip. There would even be space in van for a beachcaster !

 

We have a few weeks to plan this to maximise fishing time and several options. Initially who fancies the trip.

 

Also any details regarding launching/mooring/marks at scrabster would be appreciated as would hate to have to sit waiting for a tide to arrive.

launching not a problem at any stage of the tide, it costs at scrabster but free from dwarick pier

Accommodation wise any one that wants to billet down here is welcome as we have 2 spare rooms and the living room all with beds or sofa beds etc... along with some blow-up matresses
