Ideally I would like to fish the last hour of the ebb and the first two hours of the flood but with L/W around 07-30 then it's either an early start or a late finish or both, with a try for a Turbot or Dab in between.

I cant make Saurday as I have to do a 24hr from fri evening to sat evening, but could make Sunday if I can get a pass from the F.P.O. and enough sleep on sat night.
