Hi I went fishing yesterday on a small pond about the size of a football pitch round in size, I got there about 05:45 and was catching small bream until about 11:30 when everything just died, I think when the tempature got hot. Hi I understand that a line clip gives you good accuracy, what I don't understand is how do you cope when a big fish runs and it hit's the line clip, as if you take of the line clip you have lost your length and if you don't your liable to get snapped. Or do you cast out hit the line clip, quickly reel in X times so you have some line before the line clip so if you do hook a fish you'll have X yards to try and get it under control before it reaches the line clip, and as long as you remember how many turns of the reel you do you'll get it in the same spot, but doing it that way won't all the bait come out the feeder? I have contacted penrose, and there cushions are too big. I think tehy stopped making the boxes now Tony. I've had mine for years. And I not seen anything that's like it since.

Is there a website up to date information about fisheries? I would like a website that would let me put some search critera in like type of fish aiming for, location, price range, type of fishing, etc click a button and hey presto and list will appear which then you click on and gives you the relavent information. Would be also nice if people could submit there recent catch results for you to read though. If there isn't such a thing I will be will to make one as my job is php / sql database / programming related, just as long I have enough support for people to add the fisheries.
