Hmmmm. So why do they only jump at certain times. Like they jump early hours in the morning.... "sunrise" or in the middle of the night but then you won't see them jumping through the day unless its very, very hot.

Well i am not 100% either and i would like to find out too. I know that carp jump more then any other fish. Isn't it to clean them selfs lol or oxeygen??

Hello guys, been night fishing most weekends lately and im in need of some advice. Im struggerling to catch, they have monster carp/bream/tench/catfish in there. Most other people seem to be catching there but im not. I went night fishing there last weekend friday - sunday and caught just 1 fish which was a bream and didnt even give a fight. I use boilies. I have tried fishing lillies/margins, white choc boilies, alot of boilie types, loads of groundbaits, sweetcorn. Wtf is there left to try. Im off this weekend friday to sunday again and hoping to catch aloud as its driving me insane. Any tips or adive on baits be more then welcome. I know you may think to yourself, why not fish a differant like?? Good question indeed, the thing is i have been fishing these lakes and got use to them. Other people seem to catch but me?? " NOPE " what the hell am i doing wrong. Cheers

Hello guys. Off night fishing when i get home tonight and off work the min i finish writing this. Could some body please write up on how i make the little piece of string on the air rig longer.... the part where you put your boilie, as i have some large boilies which are great for catching carp but cannot seem to fit them on the air rig end. Hope i get a reply which i can print off as i will not have time this evening. Cheers, Matt

Off night fishing tommorow when i get home from work. ( Friday - Sunday ) Brought 2 new reels , put new line on them, 12lbs.. Got lots of Groundbait / Boilies / Hemp / Pellets e.t.c Off to try and catch my personal Bests down a big lake about 45 mins from me. Wish me luck.

Did you catch or did getting them chipped disturb them?? I know a few times when a lake has been topped up e.t.c e.t.c fish dont bite for months and gets boring.

Evening Guys, I have been looking about for 2 new reels, im wondering if you lot could recommend a good real for the type of fishing i do: Of the bottom, on alarms, fishing for carp. I would love somthing with bait runners, im after two so anything under 50 pound each would be a bonus. Cheers.

Boilies is all i use and for ground bait i use " Crazy Bait " with all sorts in it, Sweetcorn / Boilies / Maggots / Hemp with Korum Skinz Liquid Flavour & Dyes ( " Tutti Fruitti Flavour " )

Barbless imo, the differance with just the fish is unreal. I caught a carp a 9 pound was all it was with a barbed hook a while ago, and the hole it had made and the blood was unreal.

Bloody hell, i didnt know the UK record stands at 24lbs with a pike.
