Sadly you again fail to read whats typed!!!! Maybe i should have typed it better. I didnt type it cant do full manual. i put for learning you want a camera with full manual setting.<<<<The . is a full stop i then went onto say i would avoid the d40 the chap asked for advise thats what i gave

For learning, you want one that can handle fully manual settings. Avoid the D40. Although it's a great camera, it can't drive the older screw-drive AF lenses. This will limit your 2nd hand choices.

I say offer because im unsure what people will pay...i know what its worth but getting that, is another story. The lense had been used to take roughly 50 shots since its refurb,i have the receipt for £300 that included a new usm I would like to think its worth around £1000 Seeing your location if you want a look at it or the spare 5D i have just say

I saved a load of pdf files a friend posted on another forum photoshop "basic" if they are any use to anyone ill post them Also have the Intermediate Tutorials saved
