  1. +1, they should be ready to use, just put them on a hair and you are ready to go good luck and tight lines
  2. When I use bread I would put it on a hair rig like a boilie, you can use a punch or just roll it into a tight ball and free-line it.
  3. We do have one US supplier than deals directly with Mistral but even though he buys in large bulk he has troubles, mostly with customs, when he does get it in it goes extremely fast.
  4. I have been trying to find a vendor that ships to the US without any luck, I wish to purchase Mistral Rosehip boilies, any ideas?

Hi tiddlertamer, yes you are correct, bass are supreme here but carp angleing is growing very fast, as far as how we feel about UK strains of carp I think envy fits it pretty good , most serious carpers here use UK methods for carping including myself. smallmouth Buffalo, they are a bottom feeding fish like the common carp

  11. I will be doing my first 3 day session in november and was looking for some imput on what I should have. Already have 1. Bivvy 2. Bed chair 3. bait 4. 4 rods 5. alarms but no receiver 6. pod 7. Method 8. net 9. unhooking mat 10. weigh sling 11. tri-pod 12. scales 13. camera so what am I missing?
  12. I am buying 3X Fox warriors XT 3.0 test curve for $250.00 US, are these worth the money? looking for a little imput on these rods, tried looking them up on google but could not find anything, guess they do not make this model anymore.

  14. I see you have caught Arapaima and mekong catfish, Wow those are some extreme catches there, well done mate. I also see you have done some ocean fishing as well, I was a big time ocean fisherman when I lived in California, I targeted Albacore, Blue tail and yellow fin tuna, also barracuda and heck I even caught a blue shark, great fight.

  17. have to say hands down snakes, they come out of no where and you don't see them until they are on top of you. Second on the list is gangs, some of the swims I fish are in questionable areas, always have to have mates around, always safer in numbers.
  18. They do not fight nearly as strong as a healty carp, some friends of mine have caught very big ones and they say it is like reeling in a wet boot lol
  19. Is is called a smallmouth Buffalo, they are native to Texas, can reach weighs of 80+ lbs
  20. I have being through many alarms and like stated you get what you what for, I would save up and purchased some Delkims or ATTXs.
