Ah Ha, covering up for Alan eh................ The plot thickens

I know I have referred to this post in my previous post, well not my previous post but my previous post which referred to what I am referring to now. As stated in the afore mentioned (clarified) previous post I used to have some marbles, which rather coincidently I played a game called marbles. When Alan posted this I didn't grasp the significance but after watching a previous (nothing to do with the previously clarified previous post) of Poirot on DVD It suddenly came to me that there was more to the post by Alan than meets the eye. At first I thought it might be pure coincidence, but then I noted what other people had been saying that there are just too many coincidences on this thread to be, well a coincidence I suppose. I have gone to look for my Marbles......................... THEY ARE GONE Now I have to consider wether Alan knew of this before hand, how many others of you used to own Marbles, you had best check if you still have them. Even if you did not own Marbles, it could be that somebody gave you some Marbles without realising it in which case, if you have no marbles now there is a good chance that this is too much of a coincidence and we should be looking at Alan for some answers. In particular, I wonder if Alan was trying deliberately to put the thread off topic so that we would not discover his real motives, perhaps this was the answer that we were being guided to. Ask yourselves, just what does Alan know about....... 1) The engraving on Dan's Seat 2) Elton's missing moustache 3) Snow in the Snowy Mountains in Summer 4) My missing Rhubarb Plant 5) Chester's missing Jackdaw 6) An as yet unknown number of missing marbles 7) Exactly why doesn't Newt mow the lawn 8) What is Newt's secret about brownbread toast and blueberry jam
-
Careful Dan, the two of them are conspiring to prevent freedom of speech
-
Newt just can't stay on topic that's his trouble. I think he will settle down now I have mentioned the brownbread toast and blueberry jam. He won't want that to get out. UPDATE: Jackdaw last seen on bus heading for SIDcup......... Orca, do you know if it went up Sunset Boulevard [try and get the link there boys and girls]

unfortantly it sounds like there's a corruption in the main windows program. What they will do is reinstall windows over the top and it will work. You wont loose any files if this is all they do, which is good no change your using a HP machine is there with an auto recovery? it would do the same thing! keep me posted.. sorry i couldn't be of any more assitance

try this one... Load optimized dfaults that will do the same thing almost. I've seen the screen your takling about, if this fails to work, try this... after the memory test etc, hold down F8 (keep it held down)... it should give you the option to load into safe-mode.. i know you said you tried before, but try it this way.. might make a difference.

Look Newt we are all trying to be sensible here, I fail to see how you could be a witness to the (alledged) assault on the King Newt as the last time you were in the UK you were with Salar who likes chickens and doesn't know anybody called Sid or Cecil. I think you are trying to hijack this thread and that is something that can not and will not be tolerated. I have threatend before to report you to Elton and indeed, if I were not typing now my mouse would be hovering over the 'report post' icon. If you have any sensible input, or matters that can help in the serious issues here then please don't be afraid to post them. Otherwise I suggest you return to the Sea Fishing Forum otherwise I shall be forced to post here what I know about your family and Brownbread toast covered in blueberry jam

Try this.. I'm not promising anything but it might work. (it doesn't sound like a hardware issue, more software based - but its worth trying) boot the computer up and hold delete when the memory test is going. This will bring up a blue screen with lots of options. One of them will say LOAD FAIL SAFE OPTIONS move down using the arrow keys (as the mouse wont work, and hit enter on it - you will be prompted to accept -- click the Y key for yes. Then push the F10 key. This will save and exit and reboot.... see if it helps... if not.. i'll need some details of what the error message says (ie.. as much as the text as possible) hope this helps

what sort of writing? does it stay up long enough for you to see? Have you installed any new hardware since the last time you used it? Tried updating windows or any other software installs? When the computer stars, does it bleep normally? (normally a single bleep and then a memory test is done (where the numbers go up in KB ))
-
Is that a blue screen message Dan?

Did anybody witness the assault on the Newt, If so did they see the Jackdaw make off on a bus? Which bus did it catch and what was the description of the bus.
-
I knew somebody who never had a bookworm or even know that they existed, I don't think his name was Sid, He did have a sister but I don't think her name was Polly This is amazing, I had some marbles once, a big bag of them I used to play a game called 'Marbles' with them which I thought was a strange coincidence. If you have luvvey duvey mash around you I think you must live in the North, is the luvvy duvvey mush green coloured and smells like Peas? I knew a bloke once who ate pies, his name was neither Cecil or Sid but he did used to get on the bus, not sure if that was the same bus as Chesters Jackdaw got on. If I see him, he is usually near the pie shop, I will ask him about Chester's jackdaw

well that little bit of information will keep Ferret off this forum and on that site for days!!!!!!!!1

They are probably going into shock

Missed that lol.... BUT I think you might not want to have let that little tip out of the bag

Countdown to 'topic move' initiated

Trouble is they are often limited in time and everybody often doesn't get to see the whole picture

I may be wrong on this as I havn't looked into it since it was first published a few years ago. But do they genetically modify the worms in a similar way trout farms do. To make them all one sex or take away their breeding capability so they grow bigger/faster? If no then surely the answer has to be restocking of 'nursery areas' to allow them to get a foot hold. Remember that Ragworm do migrate and swim around at certain parts of the year.

As I live in a rural area it's easy for me to get an idea on when the pictures were taken, my area hasn't been updated since it first went to high res. It is their intention to increase the resolution of other area. I presume that once thats done they will go over and replace images. I don't think you get any better detail unless you pay a LOT more money, I am not sure how much the CIA's version would be though

Very Good............ I can't walk very well let alone run so I have my friend Flint to do the running for me

Tried to PM you this Elton but your IB is full.......... Hey Elton, Was just replying to that post when you locked it, I don't blame you for doing so. Perhaps you can see what I was typing as it did say 'post saved' Just an idea but as these posts seem to flair up over a period of an hour or so, and appreciating the difficulties you have in keeping up with all the posts from a moderating point of view........ And Noting that you recently made a change to the post timer for subscribers.... Could you not put an extended time delay on threads that are becoming.... difficult. People who are starting to bicker and get worked up would be met with a 'sorry you may not post on this thread for 20 mins' or whatever and have time to engage brain and think about what they are saying, gives you more time to edit and delete threads also

His surname is Snow and thus Snowy. HOWEVER...................... The link is there and you are almost spot on, I agree this is really eerie. He has been to Australia, I kid you not tis the truth. He went there some many years ago, He is very old so I would not be at all suprised if the Snowy Mountains were named after him. Even more coincidental I know for a fact that he has been on a Coach, I wouldn't be suprised if he got off the coach at some time and walked. Since he got back home I presume he got back on the coach after his walk. Is that what you did Leon, that would be surreal

http://www.anglersnet.co.uk/forums/index.p...wtopic=5967&hl= Amazing how some things come up again, If only we could all have the same idea at the same time and do something about it.
