A got tones of brownies a few rainbows quiete alot of macrel, not on fly and some cuddies not on tha fly eathier un I beached a salmon only when I go to pick et up swims off!?

The only freash water fish I have ever caught is rainbow and brown trout and I chose errr... ummm... BROWN TROUT!!

You could try and go fishing 24/7 and maybe you will ebentaly catch the biggie and lots of tiddelers or make sure no food gets to them for a day or two so when you stick in your bait them will have to eat it!

I'm going for small brownies in a small river and rainbows in a smallish (about a mile round) still water.

There is a small reivior thow it is so small you can call it a pond which holds rainbows. anyhow i go fishing there for trout but not with fly stuff i go with course gear.I have thought of taking up fly fishing but since i have never ever ever seen ANYONE use fly stuff for the trout and noon of my friends have etheir. Should i still consider fly fishing or not. By the way the only fish on th island are trout (brown and rainbow), sea trout and salmon. and it is know more for breaking lots of sea fishing reocords.
