Playa where???....just take a spinning rod,6lb line and fish with bread or get to the market and buy some fish bait...light weights or float fish..small sea hooks...I can provide if needed but not the bait....Graham

Any oil I think as long as the engine is warm....I think there is a bit of difference between heat oil.28secs/35secs and the diesel...some cars will run from start with veg/rape/sunflower oil etc...but the concern is the seals on the pump..the viscosity of the stuff...some people just put a bit of petrol in

I can't remember fishing a wreck for 3hrs...no we did not and I had the big fish again.

You are right Paul...100lb mono length of rod and a single pirk is what I caught my best one's on this year..this length of rod lark was Mallete telling me and he was right, it give's you that extra bit and it's there to get them on board aswell...whether Moto or Bulldragon take advice is unkown to me but they will learn.

YES..I had a cod last week which I think had just come out of the womb...how it swallowed the hook I don't know....and you Moto take care of them Pirks which I gave you as they will be the fish catcher next time..I am available to give lesson and personal tutoring if needed....Cheers Graham

Are you taking why that boat???think the post got messed up...or are you talking why long trips are better. Well don't know boat so can't crap on about that...as for long trips,yes Paul...as you know it's been on the big boat and they have always fished best in my style or other,I don't know...I have been fishing for 43yrs now,and I am still learning and been told....but far off shore fishing as been good to me in the past years off Whitby....I normally fish Southwold where your boat came from...had a few trips on that when it was Mistress 2..with Colin has skipper...now it's Prospector3 David Wright from Southwold and he can find fish..been going with him for about 5yrs now...off next week uptiding off Southwold...don't think we have owt big...Going to Southwold cost me £8 fuel...coming to Whitby it's £100 return...so that is why I go for a long trip..you are talking to a man that love's fishing..what I want now is a 94hr trip in early August to fish off the Denmark Coast again...we will see..Graham
