  1. n SOAP, is one that should be definitely be re-run. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soap_%28TV_series%29 That was as funny as anytihng. That bloke at the beginning of Soap said I won,t be confused I was as it was as funny as a poke in the eye .And Chesters don,t get me going on the canned laughter on M.A.S.H.

  5. I remember being taught the rhyme at school and Polly wolly doodle which also mentions the nigger word but at such a young age we didnt know what one was .
  6. I remember that silly woman and her mate Longford trying to ban Tom and Jerry cartoons .Deep Purple also made a song about her and Longford called Mary Long. PS I used to look at her Whitehouse magazine off the top shelf whilst waiting for my Paper round bag to be filled Chesty, if you want to know why nudity was banned, blame Mary Whitehouse and her National Viewers and Listeners Association, and their views against liberalism. She was rightly vilified in all sections of the media, including the Pink Floyd album Animals, of which I am a great fan
  7. My Lady has seen both ends of the spectrum of the NHS .On Thursday she had an appointment to see a Dermatologist about a lump on her arm that had been bleeding ,the consultant said if we could wait an hour she could have it removed . The procedure went ok the nurses were really attentive and friendly .Before we went home the Senior nurse said to change the dressing in 3 days which I did then make an appointment with our local doctors nurse to have the stitches out at a later date .Here,s where the performance started ,I phoned the doctors to be told they dont do that stuff any more and to get in touch with the local medical centre to see if they would do it .I took my wife to the medical centre which is around the corner from my house the receptionist said we could make an appointment IF she could get hold of the nurses .To cut a long story short my Son contacted of two of his friends who are district Nurses who said one of them would come round to our house and take out the stitches .What really bugged me was the receptionists attitude when she said IF she could get hold of the nurses as if they were on another planet when both of the nurses told me they can easily be contacted when they are on duty .

  11. If you cannot prove your innocent (forget that crap about the onus of proof being on the police what do you think an alibi is?) you are given a choice ,admit your guilt at magistrates court or try to prove your innocence at crown court its the first thing out of the mouth of your defence person Its far cheaper to get convicted at magistrates court than being found guilty at crown court and you pay the costs as well . This scenario happened to me once So I chose to go to Crown Court I had witnesses to prove my innocence ,The look on my solicitors and the magistrates faces was a sight to see .Next thing I know case thrown out of court.
