if so, i have received a sea fishing survey from the NFSA on behalf of the Scottish tourism boards. it appears not all members received one, so if you want please ask and i'll email one. it takes 5 mins but has to be sent back by 2ND DECEMBER.

Due to it being snail mail and not an online survey I called the number given and asked for a fax number. If you want to fax the completed form it is 01314787504
