Have been looking around for some TXi's x3 and receiver.Anyone know any tackle shops that still have the old model? I may just wait till the new Plus model comes out,but it seems to be taking ages,anyone know why?,technical problems?...Cheers Guys...

anyone know the difference between them and cheap models by sound?

do they tell you what size fish is pulling the line? in the way good metal detectors tell you what depth and size/composition the target is?

is it those fancy blue leds (i could fit them to any beeper for a pound or so)

is it the sensitivity adjustment ?

or is it the name :P

delkims only bleep if you have a 20lb plus fish on, and have a special attachment for repelling bream. i think you can get one with a clock radio fitted too

The Reason they are so expensive is because they come with a socket to plug your hearing aid into, ask Diamond Geezer, I SAID ASK....! :D

i thought the extension boxes WERE the hearing aids :confused: dont you plug a headphone boom mike into them so you can talk to your friends in the next bivvy about girls and stuff (the things your NOT seeing sitting in your bivvy for days on end) unless ofcourse the range of the transmitter is so good you can monitor it WHILST talking to girls in the local pub or abusing yourself in the car WHILST thinking about girls :D:D
