The French rivers do have a massive head of big Carp.Legal night fishing is available in a lot more areas now.Getting licences is no harder than here at home.The main reason the rivers arnt fished more by UK carpers is because they cant get their heads around moving water!Mind you go in the summer and a lot of them hardly move at all.

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!
