I know Kevin Nash personally, and I don't believe that he would knowingly make false claims in an advertisement. My suspicion - and I emphasise that this is a purely personal reaction and I've not discussed it with Kevin Nash - is that he was misled somewhere along the line, and at worst he is guilty of failing to fully investigate the provenance of the "certificates" and the claims made therein.

 

I would like to add that during the period when I was professionally associated with Kevin Nash, I found him to be a man of integrity who had a genuine pride in his products.

I think any usage of names is irrelevant speculation. What went on may, or may not, come out in the wash.

 

I took the time to have a look through quite a few of those ASA cases for various industries and it's quite amusing how most of the complaints come from rival companies. It's like 'telling sir'. Made for good reading, though
