Ford Focus diesel pump repair

I know there are a few on Ebay - click here!

With the availability of parts on hand now, I think many have gone the way of the garages i.e. fitters, not fixers. May be worth just bolting a new one on.

Also, if you have a quick search on there, you will invariably find a few Focus'/Focuses/Foci?!! being broken for spares.

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

My youngest son has this car and it just stopped dead! The pump electronics have the immobiliser electronics integrated within. It seems that 95% of fuel pumps are OK it's the electronics that F up!

The Cannock place charges £25 to check out the electrics bit and around £190 to repair if faulty. It won't touch the electronics if the container has been opened. No need to remove the pump so no cam belt probs and stuff associated with it [Timing etc]

So yes is the answer to your question :headhurt::headhurt: :headhurt: :headhurt:
