Not quite 576 but better than usual 19 kps I was getting on dial up!! occasionally it made 40kps

 

Chesters 29 was average for me on BT dial up, you sure its the line?

I had ocassion to speak to the BT overseas helpline and had to hang up because I just couldn't understand him. Tried agisn a little while later and he was still there.

Makes me pleased I'm on NTL [hell] at home.

never less than 45k before the phone went dead all my hassle lies in what happened after it was reconected

I'm on blueyonder, costs the same as BT but...860.3 rating good,

still below the 1meg rating though..
