You rekon your head hurts, Try setting up the server, further hardening the security which was already quite good, then moving AN single handedly like I did. You only had itsy bitsy teeny weeny sites to move :D

Oh! WOW!

 

To be honest, using the AOL browser, I didn't notice much difference and just lately, on many sites, I've been getting problems with pages loading when clicking on forum links.

 

Things were a little better on IE8.

 

But I just loaded Firefox, and what a difference.

 

Everything, so, so much faster

 

 

(ps as an aside, our new kitten has been trying out the keyboard and causing havoc. None more so than when the screen rotated 90 degrees and stayed that way. Googled the problem and it's CTRL+ALT+arrow key. Actually that's quite useful! I'm sometimes sent scanned documents etc that loaded sideways and had to turn the laptop to read them. Now I know how to rotate the screen display!)
