Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Cheers - There are a few loose ends for Si and I to clear up, but hopefully that will see us settled for a while now. It's been a right pain, moving all these sites. Everything went well until yesterday, when I managed to kill everything by doing nothing wrong (honest!). It created such a mess that I ended up having to pay $75 an hour to get it fixed...and that was half price!

I'm having major problems - couldn't get on at all last night using Firefox. Every time I try, I just get an HTML download page. Finally managed to get on by using IE.
