Pike attacks Small dog

The pike I used to keep in a tank would attack pretty much anything that moved. I used to feed it on whitebait, and any fish not grabbed on the drop would usually not be eaten.

 

Trying to remove uneaten whitebait with artery forceps usually resulted in several attacks on the forceps. At one point I left the fish in the care of my family, and somebody tried to do this by hand. They got bitten, unsurprisingly enough...

When i was a kid i used to have a few little pike 3 to 4 inch long in a fish tank and fed them on live sticklebacks.I got fed up with them and left them a bit too long before feeding them. When i looked in the tank there was one big fat one left with another one half in it's body being digested and half still hanging out of it's mouth.They where round about the same size!
