Hi guys i know you all talking about selling but heres a little tip i use for buying is in the search box ive got a long list of words that are misspelt, the amount of things that go unsold because of smelling mistakes is unreal (sorry about the pun) i get loads of things for a pound that nobody else bidds on, try it and see what i mean. can anyone give me an email address ,ebay insists i havent payed my account but the cheque was cashed a week ago :confused:

despite a thorough search i cannot find a route to inform them the dropdown reporting dooda has everything but what i want :mad:

I had a battle with them once for about 6 months over a cheque that they cashed and refused to credit to my account.

 

I do not envy you.

 

They refused to give me a telephone number, threatened to take me to court, demanded to see my bank statements and so on.

 

It was a nightmare.

 

In the end, after hours of effort by me and constant requests to see their bank statements, the cheque 'turned up' in their system, was credited to me and I received nothing - no acknowledgement, or apology.

 

Doesn't help you, I know, but just a warning

Somewhere in that site there is a live chat where you can talk to staff in America. Although they are in a different country they are quite helpful. Cant remeber where it is though, but it does exist as I have used it.

The first thing I bought on ebay I got caught out on :mad:

 

Well, it was for Liam, we never got the goods, he gave me negitive feedback because I put on his feedback that the goods were not received and the money not refunded.

 

He offered to refund my money, ONLY, if I changed my feed back to positive!

 

Yeh, I am sure I am going to be threatened into changing it, don't think so!
