One thing I haven't noticed anyone else comment on! 2 of the detained persons were in Broadmoor. I thought that was a hospital for the criminally insane. Why were they there if they can now be released at a moments notice. If they are insane and dangerous how can they be released so quickly. If they are not insane why were they there? I believe Joseph Stalin had people who disagreed with him incarcerated in mental hospitals. Is this the thin edge of the wedge and could any of us go the same way for expressing anti government sentiments

yes indeed it can be used for that and as i have stated above a interveiw with a spokeman when asked didnt rule out these all encompassing laws to be used with anyone having the nerve to show public feeling at the G8 summit ,its a slippery slope were treading ,expect noises at 4 am and have a bag packed.
