it could be true nursey ,women getting pregnant ARE a concern ,they get paid maternity leave by their employer who also has to pay for a replacement untill she returns ,combined with the fathers getting the same

this is ok in a large firm but as he said in a small one the costs could be inhibitive hence small companies should consider their female workers .

if people didnt live beyond their means then half the problems of dept and borrowing wouldnt exist if the woman stayed at home to welcome hubby with his slippers and pipe ,we think 2 wages help but this is only because we spend 2 wages if our borrowing power was based on one wage then there would be no need for 2 wages to pay the interest on the inflated dept incurred
