You can send the 1st payment reminder afer 3 days (if memory serves me correctly)

 

Personally I always stick to the minumum dates as you have to go through quite a long winded process if some cretin decides not to pay you. Even then it can take a month before you can get your listing ebay fees back.

 

I've had a few NPB's in the past so I show no mercy now! demon

Maybe this chap/chapess has had the same experience. Or maybe he's just a bell end!
