I think we will be ok this season...yer we hav'nt brought in to cover what we have let go but we still got time to bring a couple more in! parker and emre were a couple of good signings but hopefully mr souness will get hold of a decent striker buy the 31st! we can live in hope!

 

Just a shame we have to take on the gunners first game...grrrr lol i feel a big defeat coming on :(

I really don't think Newcastle will go down this season.

 

Wigan, Sunderland and West Brom for the drop in my opinion.

 

As for my team (Spurs) everyone seems to think we'll be in the top 6. Me? I reckon 8th at best

 

Would love to see the Toon beat the Gooners today though :D

Well I am worried; too many players have been sold with no obvious replacements I think it's goint ot be a long hard season.

Thank goodness I go fishing.

We played better than I anticipated, but I still think we need a couple of decent strikers (not fatty Vaduka or the spineless Kanoute).

Yeah, they showed some highlights on BBC NW news this morning:

 

"Wigan came very close with a second chance" (showing the ball being blasted way over the bar)
