Any surgical supply house should have them but beyond that I can't offer any direct help. If you know a friendly Eye Cutter Doc, you could ask.

 

Also as a thing you might want to consider, the chromic treated catgut ones will dissolve in a few days so might be a good alternative to nylon.

 

I've been out of the business for nearly 20 years so there are probably improvements I don't know about but Judy certainly should.
